Welcome to the website for Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. I am Marcus Oates, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. We appreciate you taking time to learn about our campus along Highway 5 in Douglasville. Our team focuses on skilled nursing, pulmonary and ventilator care, and short-term rehabilitation in private suites. From our therapy gym and dining program to our guest rooms, we work to make every stay comfortable for short-term recovery or long-term residency. Need help regaining strength or mobility after an illness or injury? Douglasville offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy for transitional, outpatient, and long-term care patients.
Pulmonary Care Unit
Our pulmonary unit provides 24-hour on-site respiratory services with staff trained in ventilator and tracheostomy care. A pulmonologist visits weekly to oversee treatment plans.
Short Term Rehabilitation Suites
Private suites support short-term rehabilitation with therapy six days per week and in-room amenities designed for recovery and comfort.

Pulmonary and Ventilator Unit
Our pulmonary program helps patients reach their highest functional level, maintain clinical stability, and improve quality of life. Staff trained in pulmonary and ventilator care work with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate each stay. Patient and family education remains central to our approach and to strong outcomes.
